We’re told that sometime in the spring, Billy’s Bakery (the Magnolia it’s okay to like) will become the latest cupcake spot to open a satellite location. Owners Billy Reece Marc and Wayne are currently locking down a location in another neighborhood. Meanwhile, the Chelsea location celebrates its fifth anniversary on December 23 with $1 cupcakes throughout the day (one per person).
