No, it isn’t as glitzy as some other New Year’s Eve packages, but Soba Totto is gifting this lovely box of soba noodles and sauce to folks who make a December 31 reservation. The noodles symbolize longevity, which is why Japanese families traditionally eat them on the last day of the year. And so should you!
