A despairing shopper in Windsor Terrace sent a pleading note about her local Key Food to Gowanus Lounge in hopes of spurring change at the store. "Their produce is rotting, and their tofu/vegetarian meat products are stored with the fruit — barely above room temp. The packages are often bulging — spoiled.
