El Almacén on Driggs opened yesterday with a co-owner who hails from Buenos Aires and a menu that spans everything from grilled provolone and tomato Provenzal to short-rib tacos and coffee-braised oxtail. The patio out back will be a hot spot for grilled corn come warmer weather. [Eating in Translation]
