Gilt Names Christopher Lee’s Successor

Gilt tells us it has named Christopher Lee’s replacement, and true to Lee’s hopes, it’s one of his sous-chefs, Justin Bogle. Before he became executive sous at Gilt in 2006, Bogle worked with Lee at the Striped Bass. And before that, he was at another Stephen Starr joint, Alma de Cuba. We’re guessing Bogle won’t revamp the menu quite the way Lee did after Paul Liebrandt’s departure, but if it ain’t broke … Congrats to Chef Bogle.
