How Lunch Is Done in Little Italy

We just stepped into Mulberry Street’s Benito II to take advantage of the $7.95 lunch special and everyone in the restaurant was singing “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.” People, this is how it’s done. Meanwhile, down the block, from the hilarious stand-up touch-screen menu outside of Grotta Azzurra, probably the most hideous sight you will ever see. Let’s call it the cocktail counterpart to bad food porn.
