Milk & Honey’s Long Island City Offshoot Will Serve Drinks at Half the Price

The new issue of Food & Wine briefly mentions that Dutch Kills, the Sasha Petraske tavern we told you about exactly two years ago, will open in 2009. Back in October, liQcity mentioned that the bar would be serving food from Sage General Store, and F&W has this to add: “The 1890s-style saloon from Richard Boccato of NYC’s Milk & Honey will serve iconic (and relatively cheap) $8 cocktails.” Petraske cocktails at single-digit prices!? Hey, if gas can go down to $1.50 a gallon…
