The owners of Saigon Grill were arrested this morning and charged with hundreds of counts of falsifying records and tampering with evidence, City Room reports. A federal judge awarded former Saigon Grill employees $4.6 million last month; after employees filed a labor suit against owners Simon and Michelle Nget, 22 delivery workers involved in the lawsuit were fired.
