Noah Tepperberg’s rep tells us that, despite getting voted down by Community Board 4, the Marquee man plans to move ahead with his lounge in the Earth space, since, according to the rep, Community Board appearances aren’t even required in the case of liquor-license transfers (as opposed to new applications). We’re not sure whether that’s actually the case, but either way, the State Liquor Authority makes the ultimate call — we’ll let you know what they decide.
