Meanwhile Serious Eats has the following news: “Shake Shack's Madison Square Park location is now taking call-in orders at 212-889-6600 with credit-card payment. Every morning, phone lines will open at 9:30 a.m. (they don't officially open for lunch until 11 a.m.) and close at 8:30 p.m. Plus when you arrive, your shortened wait time will be heated.”
