In Openings this week, Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld described Ortine as an “electric-kitchen café” with an “eclectic menu.” How eclectic? You can have braised short ribs with grits for dinner or shakshuka (baked eggs with tomato, pepper, and pita) for breakfast. There’s a wide selection of teas, and wines starting as low as $6. The menu, while not large, is wide-ranging enough to be considered worthy of neighborhood-joint status. Check out the menu by clicking below. Ortine opens today.
