Who’s the Michelin-Starred Chef Opening a Sustainable Seafood Restaurant in Soho?

Hmmm, who could this be? We’ve stumbled upon a Craigslist ad for a “Fine Dining Restaurant Looking For all BOH (SoHo).” The description is at once exciting and elusive: “Michelin Star Chef to Open a New Sustainable Seafood Restaurant in SoHo.” We want to believe this is Psilakis — after all, he won a star at Anthos, has considered opening a seafood restaurant, and has been looking downtown. Of course, this is just wild speculation/wishful thinking on our part. Psilakis, who of course has his hands full with the reopening of Kefi, hasn’t yet clued us in as to whether he’s involved. We’ll keep an eye on it.
