It’s not quite as flagrant as Dusty’s of L.A.’s knockoff website, but doesn’t this website, for Boston’s Gaslight restaurant, look an awful lot like Balthazar’s, too? As MenuPages Boston has pointed out, the brasserie itself is a spitting image of Balthazar, and as if that weren’t enough, even the menu looks pretty much exactly the same (Gaslight’s here, Balthazar’s here). We won’t go down this road much further, since of course there are countless Balth knockoffs around the country, but come on — do something different!
