Time Out sort of jumps the gun on a couple of openings this week, but we’re happy to hear they’re imminent — according to the new issue, the Seymour Burton redo, Butcher Bay, is opening (not until the middle or end of the month, we were told upon calling), as is the new Minetta Tavern (maybe next week, McNally is now saying).
