Doug Psaltis Debuts New Menu at Smith’s

Former Country chef Doug Psaltis’s “new American bistro” menu is now in play at Smith’s. In addition to the à la carte options you can see below, he’s offering a $35 three-course prix fixe for two on Mondays and Tuesdays: A spring chicken served with vegetable salad and sides of creamy polenta and mushrooms, plus chocolate mousse for dessert. There are also new bar and cocktail menus. Check ’em out.
