Continuing grand tasting month, Edible Brooklyn’s third annual Brooklyn Uncorked at BAM Café this Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. brings cross-borough eats from the likes of Buttermilk Channel, Farm on Adderley, and the Smoke Joint, plus Long Island wines.
