Gordon Ramsay was on the Late Show last night, and the food world’s meanest boss was slick and charming with Dave, talking about his “passion” and his “amazing team.” Dave called out Gordo for not being present in his 22 kitchens around the world, and the chef’s feeble response was “I train hard. … I’m there as often as I can.
