Ah, Tom Reynolds. The upstate Republican is running the Republicans' seemingly set-for-disaster House campaign effort — at least when he's not fending off charges he helped cover up Mark Foley's nontraditional page-mentorship program. Still, he's feeling confident. "The old saying still rings true: Voters may hate Congress, but they like their local representative," he said yesterday in Washington.
