• Journey's End opening night. Belasco Theater, 111 W. 44th St., nr. Broadway, 6 p.m. Claire Danes, Jane Krakowski, Lynn Redgrave, and others expected for the Hugh Dancy drama set in a WWI trench. Coincidentally, we just read a book about trench fighting, George Orwell's Homage to Catalonia. It quite graphically describes the lice that lived in Orwell's pants.
