Naomi Watts made her first public outing in New York since the Oscars last night, at the Natural Resources Defense Council party to honor Graydon Carter. Maybe it was just that tight little black dress, but her bump looked shockingly more prominent than it did in her flowy yellow Oscar dress. We're guessing about three months along, but Watts blew us off when we asked how she was feeling.
