• House and Garden New Tastemakers event. Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 W. 18th St., nr. Sixth Ave., 6 p.m. Scheduled to attend: Ivanka Trump, Isaac Mizrahi, Kate Spade, and David Spade, who, one hopes, will not be accompanied by the same charming personal assistant who features in this story.
• MoMA Party in the Garden. MoMA, 11 W. 53rd St., nr. Sixth Ave., 7 p.m. The event honors Martin Scorsese; Jay-Z will be there to introduce a performance by new Def Jamster Chrisette Michele. Nothing against Chrisette, but if we were throwing a party in Martin Scorsese’s honor, we would have probably looked for entertainment that more directly falls into the “people Martin Scorsese has heard of” category.
