Bolivian rosewood flooring, crown moldings, French casement windows, and large rosette windows that dominate the top of the Barbizon building. That's not including the details Pinault the Elder is having architect Annabelle Selldorf add to the 4,600-square-foot space, which he's reworking into a one-bedroom. A 4,600-square-foot one-bedroom. When he's in town — only for a few months a year most likely — Pinault can host an event catered by Daniel Boulud for guests in the Barbizon's private dining area, Club Salon, or relax in the attached library or twenty-seat screening room. Neighbors at the Barb include fellow luxury barons such as Nicola Bulgari, of the Italian jewelry company. There is, however, one drawback: “There aren’t a million closets,” the building’s sales director, Sharon O’Brien, told the Observer. Well, forget it then. We don't know about Pinault, but we require no less than one million closets.
