A couple of weeks ago, Amy Fisher told the Post that she was planning on forgiving her husband, former police officer Lou Bellera, for selling their homemade — yet exquisitely produced — sex tape to a porn-distribution company. "We've been together for so many years and have had so many ups and downs," she said. "We have two beautiful children, and we have a nice life, so we have to think about that." Apparently, she thought about it and decided that while she would forgive Lou for selling the tape, she was going to sue the company who bought it. The complaint, which is up on TMZ right now, alleges that although "plaintiff is a nationally known public figure" "due to certain actions that occurred around 1992" — by this they mean that time she shot her boyfriend's wife in the head — and "constantly in the press and interviewed in the news media, including, without limitation, on Entertainment Tonight television program and the Howard Stern radio program," she has, ahem, "tried to maintain seclusion and privacy in her life." Wait, we're so confused. Isn't having had a sex tape a requirement for going on Howard Stern in the first place?
