The Governor Has a Headache

Early this morning David Paterson was rushed to the hospital with severe migraine symptoms. He underwent a CAT scan and is resting now under the doctor's care. He's had migraines before, so this isn't anything out of the ordinary. We weren't worried for him until we read the Post story, which included the following line:
Officials close to Paterson said they believe he will emerge from episode, but won't be sure until test results are know.

He may not "emerge from episode"? "Won't be sure until test results are know"? That sounds bad. Like, forgetting how to write in English bad!
