Ashley Alexandra Dupré, the Jersey-born singer best known as the prostie who boffed her way to infamy when her tryst with a socks-clad Eliot Spitzer led to his resignation, wrote a post on her MySpace blog this weekend thanking her fans. (Oh, did you not know she has fans? Well, she does.) "With all my heart, I love you guys!!! :)" Dupré wrote, and then offered a word for her detractors: "And to all the not so kind words … I love you too, because it makes me push myself and want it even more… 'Hard times don't last … only strong people.'" Wise, huh? She also reprinted some of her favorite inspirational quotes from fan letters, which made us think that if Dupré's singing career doesn't pan out, she may just have a self-help book on her hands.
