Well, unfortunately this time it was the latter. Gothamist reports that a person was struck by a No. 4 train at Union Square subway station at 8:30 this morning. The police investigation is ongoing. There are delays on the 4, 5, and 6 lines as NYC Transit is running Brooklyn-bound 4 and 5 trains on the local tracks between Grand Central and Brooklyn Bridge–City Hall.
