Then, immediately afterward he collapsed and in fact spent last night in custody in the hospital. His bail was set at $21 million — “one of the stiffest bail packages I have ever seen,” his lawyer told reporters. “We are going to do everything we can to meet it.” Good luck with that. We sort of doubt Follieri has any friends willing to throw millions at him these days, and we sure hope his ex-girlfriend Anne Hathaway is smart enough not to.
