True to their word, lawyers filed divorce papers for Cynthia Rodriguez this morning. In them, she asks for shared responsibility for their two children, who she would like to live with her. She also asks for their Miami house, her car, all kinds of alimony, and child support to maintain the kids' "lavish lifestyle." TMZ.com has the files, which show the following cause for divorce:
This is an action for dissolution of marriage, which is being filed only after the Petitioner has exhausted every effort to salvage the marriage of the parties. However, "Alex" has emotionally abandoned his wife and children and has left her with no choice but to divorce him.

The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken because of the Husband's extra marital affairs and other marital misconduct.

Madonna remains unmentioned. The best part of the papers comes at the end though, when we learn that in October 2002, the couple executed an "Antenuptial Agreement." That was a month before they got married. "A determination as to the validity or enforceability of the agreement requires additional investigation and discovery," Cynthia's lawyers wrote. That's right, folks, she's aiming for the fences.
