Angelina Jolie has replaced Tom Cruise as the lead in Columbia's new spy thriller Edwin A. Salt. (They're obviously going to need a new title. Also, Cruise is too old and expensive to star in Paramount's MI4.) Concertgoers seemed more interested in playing Rock Band than listening to Bob Dylan perform at the American Music Union Festival in Pittsburgh. Jay-Z is in talks to sell Las Vegas Sands Corp. a 50 percent stake in his 40/40 sports club for $44 million. Bob Geldof's 19-year-old daughter, D.J. Peaches Geldof, got married to 23-year-old Chester French front man Max Drummey after dating for about a month. Animal lover Stella McCartney flipped out after a model wearing one of her bras also sported a mink coat in an ad for British fur boutique Hockley. Jason Kidd supposedly dumped model May Andersen after reading about her late-night exploits in "Page Six" while he was training for the Olympics. Onetime Oscar nominee Doris Day, 84, may or may not be living with a bunch of stray cats and dogs on her eleven-acre spread in Carmel, California. Jennifer Aniston has apparently split from John Mayer, and is already dating someone else in L.A. Onetime Batman Adam West may be on the next season of Dancing With the Stars. Marvel's Stan Lee allegedly had lunch with DC Comics' Jon Peters to discuss the possibility of a joint Batman-Superman movie. Mischa Barton says she's going on a safari to Africa, but it may just be a publicity ploy to get her pics in the tabloids.
