Columbia University's New Media Newsroom site has made up a nabe-by-nabe map of complaints to 311 in '08 so far about urinating in public. Because someone's got to do it, we guess. Chelsea has had the most complaints, while oddly, the East Village, a.k.a. Drunken NYU Weekend Revel Zone, has reported the least. We bet they have a lot more vomiting complaints, though.
