The 7,140-square-foot duplex penthouse is as yet unfinished (until recently it was part of the Lycée Francais), but plans include five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two "powder rooms," a 40-foot living room with twelve-foot ceilings, a 22-foot formal dining room, maid's quarters, a solarium, and six terraces.
