Late Friday afternoon, David Paterson's tax-scandal-ridden chief of staff, Charles O'Byrne, resigned. Today the Post reports that he didn't have any friends in the office anyway, and also that Paterson may put other senior staffers on the chopping block in an effort to recover from the O'Byrne scandal.
