Remember that awful story last week, in which the police Tasered a naked, mentally disturbed man standing on a ledge in Bed Stuy, causing him to fall ten feet to his death? Yeah. It just got even worse. Michael Pigott, the lieutenant who ordered the officer to use the Taser and was subsequently suspended and roundly criticized over that decision, apparently committed suicide this morning.
