Ashley Todd is the frugal choice for this year's Halloween costume this year: All you need is a bloated, glassy-eyed stare, some lipliner, and an unsteady hand. These masks of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, on the other hand, are a little steep at $79 a pop, especially for the recently laid off.
