Free agent Carl Pavano (and oh how we’ve longed to hear that phrase) — who started just 26 games over the course of his four-year, $39.95 million Yankees contract — on his time in pinstripes: "I look back at those four years with the Yankees, it was exhausting.” Perhaps he meant to add “…for team doctors”?
