What 11 Spring Looks Like Under All That Graffiti
11/3/08 at 1:00 PM
Nolita’s 11 Spring Street (a.k.a. “the candle building”) used to be an active canvas for some of the world’s finest graffiti artists (thanks to Michael Simon for sharing his images). Now, of course, it’s gone condo, but the three units are beautiful in their own right. Priced by request, the penthouse was listed previously for $17.95 million; the loft for $6.7 million; and the “carriage house” for $15.5 million. New York’s Jhoanna Robledo took us on a video tour.
