Well, she’s resolved many of her issues over the last year, the last of which seem to be her real-estate ones: She has just sold her Gramercy penthouse studio. Braden Keil reports that it went for $440,000. The space “includes a 42-foot wraparound terrace, a beamed ceiling, open views and ample closet space.” Now, we know it’s just a studio, and the Third Avenue location — though it is directly between Stuyvesant and Gramercy Parks — isn’t exactly Central Park South. But under $500k for a lofty Manhattan top-floor apartment with views, original features, and a wraparound terrace? What, is there some secret celebrity classified section in theTimes that we’re not reading? Or are we just assuming it’s nice because she’s a celebrity?
