Now that Hillary Clinton is set to be appointed Obama's secretary of State, she has a time limit on fund-raising — Cabinet members are barred from raising money for campaigns. Since she still has $7.5 million in outstanding debts from her presidential campaign, she sent out a letter to supporters yesterday asking for donations.
