Times Square's very own Hotel Carter was ranked the dirtiest hotel in the world by Tripadvisor.com yesterday — for the third time in four years. Customers complained about everything from bedbugs to leaking ceilings to filthy ceilings. Oh, and the body stuffed under a bed? That didn't help either. [NYDN]
