Palazzo Chupi’s triplex penthouse and second-floor duplex were introduced onto the market last year at $32 and $27 million, respectively. Now they're down to $22 and $19 million, the Observer reports. Word problem: At this rate, and if, as some prognosticators say, the Greatest Depression lasts for another two years, then by 2011 the triplex should be on sale for $2 million and the duplex for negative $1 million.
