Derek Jeter Steals From the Yankees

Well, sort of. After the last game at the old Yankee Stadium, he snagged the “I want to thank the Good Lord for making me a Yankee” sign that hung in the tunnel leading to the field. Of course, he’s Derek Jeter, so he can pretty much do whatever he wants — especially since there’s no need for it in the new stadium across the street, where the Yankees have opted, naturally, to display Joe DiMaggio’s famous quote in the most elaborate and expensive way possible.
