The CEO of a Louisiana-based production company, Great Chefs, alleges that Bernie Madoff's wife, Ruth, a former cookbook editor, ripped off his trademark for one of her books, Great Chefs of America Cook Kosher, a compilation published in1996 that features Daniel Boulud, among others.
