Earlier today, OK! reported that a fire consumed most contents of actor and comedian Tracy Morgan's Trump Place apartment. Gawker later connected the dots between that incident and Sherri Shepherd's complaints about a fire in her building today on The View. Turns out Sherri and Tracy are neighbors, which is funny because they play spouses on 30 Rock. And now we learn from the Post that the fire was caused by wiring in an exotic pet tank.

Morgan's character on the hit NBC show is also famous for his pet snake, which is always hungry and irritable. The similarities between the real-life Morgan and the fictional Jordan were always obvious (maybe the same first name gave it away), but now they're just downright eerie.
