The Nyehaus Gallery at the National Arts Club is showing Rirkrit Tiravanija’s Ping-Pong table and other works through February 21. At an opening event last week, Tim Murphy met unlikely enthusiast Susan Sarandon, who’s backing a new Ping-Pong club called Spin, and colorful table-tennis pro Marty Reisman.
