California Supreme Court Ruling on Proposition 8 May Be Out Tomorrow

The California Supreme Court, which ruled that same-sex couples must legally be married according to the state's constitution, has made its decision on Proposition 8, the amendment that struck down their ruling in November. The results may be revealed as early as tomorrow. According to the L.A. Times, most legal analysts expect that the court will uphold existing marriages but not overturn the amendment. [LAT]
