Dodd Blames Treasury Department for Bonus Loophole

In an interview with CNN late this afternoon, Connecticut senator Chris Dodd admitted that it was he who added a loophole into the stimulus bill that allowed bailed-out companies to issue bonuses, but he did it at the urging of Treasury Department officials, who worried about being sued.
