New York Times Sells Part of New Headquarters
This morning the New York Times Company announced that it sold 21 floors of their midtown Manhattan office tower (you know, the one that is so climbable) for $225 million to a private investment firm. The paper will lease the floors back for up to fifteen years. Upon release of the news, Times Company shares bounced up 21 cents. [Yahoo Finance]
