Last night the Senate passed President Obama's $3.6 trillion budget blueprint 53 to 46, a few hours after the House approved it by a 233 to 193 margin. New Democrat Arlen Specter showed he wasn't kidding about that not-a-rubber-stamp stuff by voting against it, and he was joined by every single Republican, in both chambers. [Washington Times]
