Gunman Goes on Rampage in Binghamton

Twelve people have been shot and killed by a lone gunman at the American Civic Association, an immigrant services center, in Binghamton today. At one point there were as many as 41 hostages hiding in the building, but it's unclear where exactly the situation now stands. Reports indicate that two people have been led out of the building in plastic handcuffs, but there is no word on who they were or whether the standoff is over. [CNN, MSNBC]
Update: The gunman has been found dead in the building.
