In a surprise move, the New Hampshire State Senate passed a bill to legalize marriage between same-sex couples today. The bill had been already approved by the House, and will now go to the desk of governor John Lynch, a Democrat who has said he's opposed to marriage equality but hasn't indicated what he'll do regarding this piece of legislature.
